●妊娠蛋白尿妊婦はその後に妊娠高血圧腎症へ進展する場合があるので注意が必要である．

●妊婦健診でdipstick test 1＋以上が2回続けて認められたならば，24時間蓄尿あるいは随時尿での蛋白／クレアチニン比testを実施すべきである．

●妊娠高血圧腎症において蛋白尿の重症度と母体合併症発症の関連についての明らかなEBMはまだない．

●腎機能障害の程度は，血清クレアチニン値，糸球体濾過率により分類される．ほかに尿酸値も評価に有用である．
