3．母体の肝・代謝系の病態評価

●妊娠高血圧症候群ではHELLP症候群のほか，急性妊娠脂肪肝や急性膵炎の発症も念頭に置く必要がある．

●妊婦の耐糖能異常は妊娠高血圧症候群に併発する率が一般より高い．

●疾患に特異的なマーカーはなく，理学所見や血小板数，血中肝逸脱酵素などから総合的に判断し加療する．
