文献概要

●妊娠高血圧症候群,とりわけ妊娠高血圧腎症では,胎盤形成不全(子宮らせん動脈remodeling不全)によるFGR発症リスクがある.

●胎児心拍監視,母体子宮動脈血流,臍帯動脈・胎児中大脳動脈・動脈管血流計測やbiophysical profile,胎児発育度の定期的監視が求められるが,early-onset FGRの予後改善の最大要因は妊娠の継続であり,母体の妊娠高血圧症候群病態の重症度と併せて適切な分娩時期の選択が必要となる.
