3.高血圧症合併妊娠と加重型妊娠高血圧腎症の管理

文献概要

●高血圧合併妊娠では,臓器障害を伴う軽症高血圧や重症高血圧の場合に降圧薬投与を考慮する.

●母児病態の増悪がみられず降圧目標が維持できていれば,37週以降まで妊娠継続を図ってよい.

●臓器障害を伴う軽症高血圧や重症高血圧では,少なくとも分娩後48時間は厳重な血圧管理を行う.

●産後は,長期予後の観点から内科と連携したうえでの血圧,降圧薬の再評価が勧められる.
