●骨粗鬆症はロコモティブ症候群を構成する重要な疾患である．

●骨粗鬆症による骨折は生活の質や活動度を低下させるのみならず生命予後にも影響する．

●椎体骨折は脊柱機能を低下させることによってロコモティブ症候群を悪化させる．
