女性のロコモティブ症候群 2.骨粗鬆症
文献概要
●メタボ一般と骨粗鬆症の関連は明確でない.メタボ構成疾患のうち,高血圧や脂質異常症と骨粗鬆症の関連は少ない.しかし,2型糖尿病は,確立した骨折リスクである.
●2型糖尿病では,骨密度が高くとも骨折する.その原因として,骨基質への最終糖化産物の蓄積や皮質骨多孔性の増大など,骨質の劣化が想定されている.
●メタボの結果,動脈硬化が進展すると,骨折リスクも増大する.
