文献概要

●変形性膝関節症(膝OA)は,長年の荷重負荷が原因で膝関節軟骨の変性・破壊,関節周囲への骨棘形成を病態とする.

●膝OAの根本的治療法は確立されておらず,国内外の治療ガイドラインにも温度差がある.

●軟骨内骨化シグナルが膝OAの発症メカニズムであることが指摘されつつある.
