1．喘息と妊娠

文献概要

●コントロール不良の喘息合併妊娠では，周産期死亡・早産・妊娠高血圧腎症・胎児異常のリスクが増加する．

●適切な喘息コントロールにより，通常妊娠と同等の周産期予後が得られる．

●コントロールに必要な薬剤を自己中断しないよう，喘息のリスクと薬剤についての患者教育が重要である．
