3．特発性血小板減少性紫斑病と妊娠

●妊娠中の血小板減少症の多くは妊娠性血小板減少症であり，ITPとの鑑別が難しい場合がある．

●ITP合併妊娠の治療の基本はステロイドと免疫グロブリン製剤で，母体の出血リスクに応じて行う．

●ITP合併妊娠症例の分娩様式は，母体や児の出血リスクでなく産科的適応により決定する．
