1．関節リウマチと妊娠

●関節リウマチ（RA）は妊娠可能な年齢の女性に発症することも少なくない．

●一般に妊娠中RAの症状は軽減する．良好な妊娠転帰・長期予後を得るためには，寛解もしくは低疾患活動性を維持してから妊娠するのが望ましい．

●メトトレキサートとレフルノミドは，妊娠中禁忌はもちろんのこと，おのおの妊娠計画3か月前と2年前からの休薬が必須である．

●ほかのRA治療薬の多くも，妊娠および授乳に対する安全性が確立されていないため添付文書上は禁忌だが，個別の対応が可能である．
