はじめに

　卵巣癌は，組織型や分化度によっても異なるが，stage Iaの場合，再発の頻度は低いとされている．今回，成熟囊胞性奇形腫の悪性転化で，術後stage Iaと診断され，術後2か月で再発を認めた症例を経験したので報告する．
