●通常では見逃しやすい仙骨節やb2領域の傍大動脈節にSLNが検出される場合もあることに注意する．

●SLN生検の際には解剖学的な位置関係に留意し，閉鎖神経，血管，子宮血管の損傷に注意する．

●縮小手術の際には骨盤内全体をサーベイし，最終的にRIの反応が消失していることを忘れずに確認する．
