文献概要

●骨盤臓器脱の手術は骨盤底臓器の解剖学的復元であり，上部腟管の支持，および前後腟壁の骨盤側壁への支持を修復する．

●骨盤臓器脱は骨盤底のヘルニアであり，鼠径ヘルニアや腹壁ヘルニアのように適切なメッシュによる手術は有効な方法である．

●メッシュを用いた修復術には経腟法と経腹法があり，メッシュ特有の術後合併症に留意して，慎重に経過を観察する．
