文献概要

●POIは種々の病因で発症するが，いまだ原因不明が大部分を占めるヘテロな集団である．

●卵巣機能の減弱は連続性を示すことが多く，卵胞が枯渇する前の早期に診断することが妊孕性の確保に繋がる．
