文献概要
●がん治療成績の向上により小児がんサバイバーが増加しているため,妊孕性温存に対する関心が高まっている.
●小児・思春期がんの妊孕性温存は,婦人科診察の限界,MRD(卵巣組織内の遺残がん病巣)への注意が必要である.
