1．子宮体がんにおけるMELFパターンの病理と臨床

●類内膜腺癌はMELF（microcystic，elongated，fragmented）型浸潤を示すことがある．

●MELF型浸潤を伴う類内膜腺癌では，脈管侵襲，リンパ節転移（微小転移，ITC）の頻度が高いが，長期予後への影響は明らかでない．

●生物学的には，MELF型浸潤はEMT（epithelial-mesenchymal transition）を反映する現象である可能性がある．
