4．子宮体がんIV期の治療個別化を模索する

●IVB期体がんであっても，類内膜腺癌G1／G2など，予後が比較的良好な症例が存在する．

●全身状態良好な症例では，遠隔転移の有無にかかわらず，腹腔内腫瘍減量術を考慮すべきである．

●初回に腫瘍減量術が不可能な症例であっても，術前化学療法が有効であれば，予後改善の可能性がある．
