子宮腺筋症合併妊娠について

●子宮腺筋症合併妊娠において，流早産，FGR，preterm PROM，産後大量出血のリスクが高まる．子宮腺筋症合併妊娠はハイリスク妊娠として慎重に経過をみていく必要がある．

●子宮腺筋症切除術後の妊娠では，子宮破裂の頻度は不明であるが，高まると推測される．また，分娩時の子宮破裂ではなく，妊娠30週前後でのspontaneous ruptureの報告が多い．子宮腺筋症切除後妊娠もハイリスク妊娠として慎重な妊娠管理が必要とされる．
