妊婦の良性卵巣腫瘍の取り扱い

●妊娠中に発見される付属器腫瘤において，悪性腫瘍の頻度は少なく，自然消失例も多いことを認識する．

●妊娠中に腹腔鏡手術を施行する場合には，CO₂モニタリングを行う．

●6 cm以上の良性卵巣腫瘍で待機的療法とする場合には，茎捻転・破裂・分娩障害による帝王切開術への移行のリスクを念頭に置く．
