2．肺転移

●肺転移は進行・再発婦人科がんにおいて頻度が高い．他部位への転移併発の有無・個数・部位・無治療期間などを考慮し治療方法を選択する．

●多くは多発肺転移，他部位への転移があるため薬物療法が選択される場合が多いが，個数が限られている場合には全身状態を十分に考慮したうえで手術療法の適応症例を的確に診断する必要がある．

●本項目では，主に手術療法について述べる．
