文献概要

●本邦の周産期死亡率は低下しているが，早産率は最近の10年間で変化はなく，全国的に慢性的なNICU病床不足が持続している．

●早産率が低下しない要因として，高年出産や生殖補助医療の増加に伴い，早産リスクの高い症例が増加していることが考えられる．

●早産を減少させるために，産婦人科医は挙児希望のある婦人に対し，妊娠・出産までを視野に入れた管理をこころがける必要がある．
