1．再確認！　子宮頸管長の正しい測定法とその臨床的意義

文献概要

●正しく子宮頸管長を測定する．

　・必ず排尿後に測定．内子宮口・外子宮口・子宮頸管腔の3つを描出すること．

　・画面の2／3が頸管となるよう調節し，プローベ圧は最低で．Pressure法を忘れずに．

●頸管腺領域像（CGA）に注意．

　・子宮下節が未成熟の場合，CGAの有無に注意する．CGAが描出できるときは，CGA内の頸管腔の長さが真の頸管長である．

●双胎・ハイリスク妊娠での早産予測は子宮頸管長では難しい．

　・双胎やハイリスク妊娠では，頸管長短縮が認められないから早産にならないとはいえない．
