3．早産に対する黄体ホルモン療法の展望

●早産既往妊婦あるいは子宮頸管短縮妊婦における黄体ホルモン投与は，早産を減少させ，児のアウトカムを改善させる．

●早産率の低い本邦において，黄体ホルモン投与がどの程度の早産予防効果があるのかを検証することは，これからの課題である．
