5．乳汁漏出性無月経

●授乳期以外に乳汁の漏出を認め，無月経を伴うものを乳汁漏出性無月経という．

●高PRL血症により乳汁漏出，月経異常，不妊などの症状が引き起こされる．

●高PRL血症にはさまざまな原因疾患があるため，鑑別診断が重要である．
