●OCによる乳がんの発症リスクは現時点では一定の見解が得られていないものの，乳がん発症のリスクが増加する可能性は小さいと指導してよいとされている．

●乳がん患者のOCの使用はWHOMECにおいてカテゴリー3，4とされており，原則禁忌である．

●レボノルゲストレル子宮内放出システム（LNG-IUS : ミレーナ^®）により乳がん発症増加への影響を低下させる可能性がある．
