●ホルモン補充療法(HRT)は乳がんリスクに影響を与えるが,それは生活習慣に関連したリスクと同程度かそれ以下である.

●HRTはマンモグラフィ上,乳腺濃度を上昇させるため,感度・特異度を低下させ,要精検率を上昇させる.

●現状では,HRTガイドラインに従った乳房検診が奨められる.
