●ホルモン補充療法（HRT）は乳がんリスクに影響を与えるが，それは生活習慣に関連したリスクと同程度かそれ以下である．

●HRTはマンモグラフィ上，乳腺濃度を上昇させるため，感度・特異度を低下させ，要精検率を上昇させる．

●現状では，HRTガイドラインに従った乳房検診が奨められる．
