2．IB1期への広汎性子宮頸部摘出術

●若年者の子宮頸癌罹患数が年々増加傾向にある．女性の晩婚化，妊娠・出産年齢の高年齢化などの社会背景が重なり，妊孕性温存希望の子宮頸癌症例が増加している．

●子宮頸癌治療ガイドライン2011年度版によれば，臨床進行期IA2期以上では子宮全摘出術が推奨されており^1）妊孕性温存は困難であるが，近年，広汎性子宮頸部摘出術が試みられている．

●本手術は総合的な診療が行える施設において，患者に対して手術の合併症や副作用，その後の妊娠，分娩に伴うリスクなどを十分に説明したうえで行うべきものである．
