1．上皮性境界悪性腫瘍に対する妊孕性温存手術

文献概要

●BOTに対して妊孕性温存手術を行うことは十分に認容できる治療といえる．

●片側付属器が既切か，両側発生である場合に腫瘍核出術を選択する場合もありうるが，付属器切除を行うよりも再発率は上昇する．

●再発の好発部位は残存卵巣であり，必ずしも晩発再発であるとは限らない．
