卵巣胚細胞腫瘍における妊孕性温存治療の適応と注意点 :
●卵巣胚細胞腫瘍においては,ほぼ全例で妊孕性温存療法が可能である.
●化学療法はBEP療法を第一選択とし,用量,投与スケジュールを厳守する.
●治療後の卵巣機能・妊孕性評価を十分に行う.
以上を踏まえ,がん治療を最優先として妊孕性温存を考慮する.
