4．性索間質性腫瘍に対する妊孕性温存治療

●性索間質性腫瘍はheterogeneousな腫瘍であり，同じ組織型でも良悪性の分類にかかわらず慎重な対応が求められる．

●顆粒膜細胞腫の治療の原則は手術による完全切除がなされたうえでの妊孕性温存であることを十分に説明する．

●希少癌であり，顆粒膜細胞腫以外では症例報告程度しかないことを理解する．
