●侵入奇胎と絨毛癌は化学療法が著効するため，ほとんどの症例で手術を回避し妊孕性温存が可能である．

●エトポシドを含む化学療法により卵巣機能低下をきたしやすいが，多くは可逆性でありホルモン療法で対処する．

●PSTTに対する妊孕性温存治療は確立していない．
