●反復流・早産を予防するため，当科では既往流・早産時の胎盤病理を検索し，脱落膜炎の所見が強い場合，上行性感染が原因である可能性が高いと判断し，ウリナスタチン腟内投与による抗炎症療法を中心に妊娠管理を行っている．
