反復性早期発症重症妊娠高血圧症候群の治療

重症PIHを早期発症した妊婦では，次回妊娠での反復回避を目標に，下記の施行を検討する．

●次回妊娠時に低用量アスピリンを毎日服用することを勧める．

●血栓性素因疾患のほかに，抗リン脂質抗体症候群や全身性エリテマトーデスのスクリーニングを行う．

●抗リン脂質抗体症候群の場合には，次回妊娠時にヘパリン療法の施行（低用量アスピリン療法との併用）を検討する．
