母体糖代謝異常におけるFGR

文献概要

●糖代謝異常合併妊娠では，1型糖尿病，特に最小血管障害を合併した際にFGRを認める場合が多く，網膜症や腎症を合併するとその頻度は顕著となる．

●母体糖代謝異常におけるFGRのなかには，グルコキナーゼ遺伝子変異やインスリン受容体異常，インスリン様成長因子などの重度の胎児発育不全を認めるような遺伝子異常によるものがある．

●糖尿病合併妊娠では，血糖コントロールが不良の場合，周産期合併症のリスクも高く，慎重な胎児評価が必要と考えられる．
