アスリートにおける骨粗鬆症

文献概要

●エネルギー利用可能性・月経機能・骨密度の3要素がさまざまな程度で異常をきたした状態を女性アスリートの三主徴（female athlete triad : FAT）と呼ぶ．

●FATの診断には3要素の異常がすべて揃う必要はなく，エネルギー利用可能性の低下に関しても摂食障害の有無は問われない．

●FATを疑う患者に対してはDEXA法により骨密度を測定し，骨密度低下症例には適切な栄養の摂取・体重増加を指導し，月経異常の是正を行う．
