▶患者

　49歳，1経妊1経産．
▶初診までの経過

　持続する不正出血を主訴に前医を受診．腫大した子宮および卵巣腫瘍を指摘され，また子宮内膜細胞診classⅤのため，子宮体癌疑いで当科を初診した．
