軽度子宮内膜症

●軽度子宮内膜症の診断には，腹腔鏡下での観察と病理診断が必要である．

●軽度子宮内膜症を伴う不妊に対する腹腔鏡下手術は，妊孕能を改善するが，その効果は限定的である．

●軽度子宮内膜症の合併が疑われる不妊症例においては，年齢・不妊期間・他の不妊因子の有無・疼痛の程度を考慮したうえで，腹腔鏡の適応を決定する．
