●得意なuterine compression suture 1つに習熟しておく．

●基本的にuterine compression sutureは弛緩出血への止血法だが，癒着胎盤にも応用可能．

●uterine sandwich〔uterine compression suture＋intrauterine balloon（Bakri）〕は前置胎盤への対処法として有用．
