産科出血の止血処置

子宮内充填法

文献概要

●制御困難な子宮出血に対する初期対応として，簡便な応急止血法である子宮内バルーンタンポナーデ法を考慮する．

●子宮内バルーンタンポナーデ法のコツは，①出血点を見きわめる，②出血点を直接圧迫する，③バルーンの滑脱を防ぐ，の3点である．

●自施設の設備・人員に応じた産科大出血への対処法を確立し，日頃からシミュレーションを行う．
