トロンボモジュリン療法

●トロンボモジュリンは血管内皮細胞上に存在し，トロンビンと1 : 1に可逆的に結合してプロテインCを活性化する．

●トロンボモジュリンは，過剰なトロンビンが産生された際に，新たなトロンビン産生を抑制する働きをもつ．

●トロンボモジュリンは作用機序から重篤な出血をきたす合併症はほとんどないと考えられる．
