Point
◉浸潤子宮頸がんに対する妊孕性温存手術は，選択肢の1つであるが標準治療ではなく，がんに対する根治性についてはコンセンサスが得られていない．手術の適応については慎重な判断が必要である．
◉妊孕性温存手術後の分娩については早産率が高いことが指摘されているが，周産期管理についてはコンセンサスがない．分娩時に高度な新生児管理が必要となることがあるため，高次施設での管理が望ましい．
