◉IA期非明細胞腺癌高分化型（G1）/中分化型（G2），IA期明細胞腺癌と片側病変IC期非明細胞線癌G1/2には，妊孕性温存手術が選択できる．
◉上皮性境界悪性腫瘍では全病期に妊孕性温存治療が選択可能である．
◉胚細胞腫瘍でも全進行期で妊孕性温存治療が選択可能である．
◉エビデンスに乏しいが，顆粒膜細胞腫では妊孕性温存手術を選択できる可能性が高そうである．
