抗精子抗体検査の適応と実施法

Point
◉女性側では精子不動化抗体をスクリーニング検査として行うことが望ましいが，二次検査とするならば原因不明不妊症，PCT不良，あるいはAIH反復不成功を適応とする．
◉卵胞液中の精子不動化抗体による受精障害を回避するため，ART前にはその存在の有無を把握しておく．
◉WHOでも精液検査の際に，運動精子上に結合する抗精子抗体の検出法を推奨している．
