Point
◉不妊以外の症状がない場合，腹腔鏡手術と不妊治療のどちらかを優先する根拠はないが，自然妊娠を希望するならば，無治療よりも腹腔鏡手術を選択したほうがよい．
◉卵巣チョコレート囊胞（チョコレート囊胞）に対して囊胞摘出を行う場合，術後の卵巣予備能低下と再発に留意し，事前に患者に対して情報提供を行う必要がある．
◉不妊以外の症状がない場合，ART前の腹腔鏡手術は推奨されない．
