黄体補充療法の種類と特徴

◉ARTにおいては，黄体機能が損なわれるかあるいは内因性の黄体機能が全く存在しないため，黄体補充療法は必須である．
◉黄体補充療法に用いるエストロゲンやプロゲステロンは天然型が好ましい．
◉黄体補充療法に用いるプロゲステロンは安全性・有効性・利便性の面から，天然型プロゲステロン腟剤が推奨される．
