IVM-IVFの実施法と成績

Point
◉IVM-IVFはARTとしては比較的新しい選択肢であるが，PCO/PCOS患者にとってはOHSSリスクの全くない，経済的/精神的負担の少ない，そして妥当な妊娠率の得られる治療法である．
◉IVM-IVFは臨床医にとっても，胚培養士にとっても，決して困難な治療法ではない．採卵もIVM専用針（市販）を用いれば通常IVFと大差はなく，培養液も通常IVFと同様に市販されている．
◉IVM-IVFからすでに多くの児が出生しており，現時点では通常IVFに比べて出生児に対するリスクは高くない．それ以上にPCOの患者ではOHSSのリスクがないため，第一子をIVMで得た母親は第二子もIVMで望む傾向が強い．
◉IVM-IVFの採卵が困難という理由で臨床医に避けられがちであるが，小卵胞からの採卵は通常IVFと大差ない．データ集積の観点からも積極的なIVM-IVFの臨床応用の拡大を推進したい．
