Point
◉まずは基礎体温測定と高温期黄体ホルモン検査を行い，下垂体機能（プロラクチン，LH，FSH，TRH負荷テスト），および甲状腺機能（freeT₃，freeT₄，TSH）と抗甲状腺ペルオキシダーゼ抗体の検査も行う．
◉糖尿病検査（空腹時血糖，HbA1c，糖負荷テスト）と卵巣予備能は追加項目である．
