文献概要

●女性において閉経を期に糖尿病の有病率が高まるとは必ずしもいえない．

●縦断的研究で閉経移行期にみられる糖代謝の変化は交絡因子の補正後に消失する．

●早発卵巣不全では糖尿病リスクが上昇する．

●1型糖尿病は自然閉経を早める．
