糖尿病が子宮体がんの病態・予後に与えるリスク

文献概要

●糖尿病におけるインスリン抵抗性/高インスリン血症，インスリン様成長因子─1活性および受容体シグナルの増加，性ホルモン結合グロブリン低下，脂肪組織におけるアディポカイン分泌が発がんの原因と示唆されている．

●糖尿病患者における子宮体がん罹患リスクは高く，また糖尿病は子宮体がんの予後不良因子と考えられる．
