non stress test（NST）による胎児well-beingの評価

●胎児心拍数モニタリングにおける一過性頻脈の存在は胎児アシドーシスを否定し，その信頼度は高い．

●胎児睡眠サイクルを考慮した場合，non reactive NSTと判断するためには80分以上継続するか，振動音響刺激などを行って判断する．

●NST施行時には，母体への硫酸マグネシウムやステロイド投与の有無，胎児発育遅延の有無などに注意し，それらを十分に考慮に入れて判断する．
